Paul LaRusso

Paul LaRusso is the CEO of Akoya, a tech platform that help fintechs and financial institutions give consumers greater control over their data.  Akoya was created​ to accelerate the availability of secure and reliable data access for the entire financial services industry.

Before leading Akoya, Paul was at JPMorgan Chase overseeing the firm’s open banking strategy. He developed the infrastructure to deliver secure data sharing for millions of customers. Paul held other senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, including Head of Product for Digital Servicing, managing Chase’s digital communications and servicing products, and as Product Owner for Mobile, spearheading the strategy and launch of Chase’s first mobile banking apps. Paul also played a key role in creating industry standards as the Board Co-Chair of the Financial Data Exchange.

Paul holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from Bucknell University.
